Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn - Nashville Convention Center is seeking a Guest Service Representative to support check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily service needs. You will help ensure smooth front desk operations and contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

You will greet guests, handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping and other teams, and provide local information. The role offers a customer-focused, friendly atmosphere with opportunities to grow in front desk operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable using computers and hotel systems.
• Prior hotel or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Dependent, organized and able to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly, helpful service.
