Qualifications

• Warm and friendly demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Clear English communication, both written and verbal.
• Willingness and ability to work on a schedule, including lone shifts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the friendly face of the hotel for guests entering and departing.
• Ensure positive experiences for guests and team members.
• Assist guests in a courteous, efficient, professional manner.
• Handle front desk tasks: check-in/out, promote programs, maintain guest records, cash handling, monitor satisfaction, resolve issues.
• Assist with breakfast and 5:30 p.m. Kickback service, including setup and post-service cleanup.
