Drury Hotels Company, LLC is hiring for a friendly front desk team member. You will greet guests, check in and out, answer questions, and promote hotel programs with a +1 service attitude.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner in relating to and interacting with the public.
• Demonstrated attention to detail while handling multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with handling money and making change.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the happy, helpful face of our hotel to guests entering and departing.
• Check guests in and out, promote programs, maintain guest records, and handle cash.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, food prep and setup as needed.
• Ensure high integrity, service and hospitality aligned with the Drury culture.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
