Responsibilities include greeting guests, managing arrival lists, escorting VIPs, answering calls, handling cash, and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment. Minimum one year front desk experience and a high school degree are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Review arrival lists and assemble welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer calls within three rings with a smile and route inquiries.
• Handle cash with proper procedures and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII according to established procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and collect IDs and payments.
