With responsibilities spanning greeting guests to ensuring smooth lobby operations, this position supports a culture of hospitality across 200 locations and a robust benefits package. Prior front desk experience is valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• High School education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists and prepares welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and checks them in prior to arrival.
• Answer phones within three rings and assist or transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank and cash drops with proper procedures; report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII and follow data handling procedures.
• Follow check-in/out checklists and collect IDs and payment methods.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
