The Fresh Market is seeking a Guest Service Department Lead to support the Department Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead a team with care, coach associates, and ensure the department looks its best while stepping in as acting manager when needed.

Responsibilities include monitoring labor budgets, upholding cash controls, coaching staff, and driving store profitability through strong leadership and hospitality.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of progressive management experience in supermarkets, retail, restaurants, hotels, or general business.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience while achieving performance goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Monitor labor schedules to meet productivity and budget goals.
• Uphold cash office procedures and controls including cash management and safe access.
• Act as a resource for team members and mentor in the manager's absence.
• Model and coach exceptional hospitality by engaging guests and creating positive experiences.
• Assist in merchandising strategies and promotional plans to maximize sales and profitability.
• Analyze department financial and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department leaders to drive store success.
• Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively.
