Qualifications

• GSA Learning Plan must be completed and perform as Guest Service Associate for at least six months.
• Promotion to Guest Service Leader requires Store Manager and Region Manager approval.
• Employee remains a Guest Service Associate (445) until Learning Plan and Final Assessment are completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Oversee stocking, cleaning, and maintenance of store areas.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist with merchandise display and daily maintenance of product presentation.
