Job summary

Coen Markets, LLC is seeking a dynamic team member to help manage the location’s food operations. You will guide staff on food safety and presentation, ensuring high-quality food is served quickly and with a friendly touch.

Responsibilities include stocking, safeguarding inventory, training teammates on proper food prep, and maintaining a clean, safe service area. The role supports the Store Manager and promotes the company values while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School or GED is required.
• 6 months retail or food experience preferred.
• Serv Safe Certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests to make them feel welcomed and appreciated.
• Manage food stock levels, costs and waste for hot and cold items.
• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation of the food service area and equipment.
• Meet sales goals for food items such as pizza and sandwiches.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on food prep and safety.
