Global Partners LP is hiring a Guest Service Supervisor to supervise staff, coach performance, greet guests, and ensure adherence to safety and operations standards. You will operate the POS system, manage cash processes, and ensure cleanliness and in-stock conditions throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older to be considered.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees to ensure they perform duties as directed by management.
• Coach employees by giving constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operation policies and practices.
• Operate the point of sale following corporate standards and maintain appropriate cash levels.
