Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service industry.
• Knowledge of basic math skills and ability to handle currency and coin.
• Experience working professionally with other department personnel, co-workers and management.
• Proven experience providing high level of guest service.
• Pleasant personality, team-oriented, and enjoys working with and assisting people.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company.
• Verify right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and provide courteous service at all times.
• Stay up to date with monthly marketing promotions.
• Count cash drawers and safes before each shift.
• Follow Line of Sight standard.
• Explain rewards program benefits to guests.
• Navigate and use the GMS system.
• Report maintenance issues with gaming machines.
• Follow comp policy for snacks and beverages.
• Maintain professional, neat appearance.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, standards, and training.
• Arrive on time and clock in properly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
