Job summary

Legends Bay Casino in Sparks, NV is seeking a Guest Service Representative to join our Cage team. You will handle transactions, assist guests, and help ensure accuracy while delivering top-notch service.

The ideal candidate has cash-handling experience, a High School diploma or GED, and good communication skills. You must be 21+, able to work varied shifts, and comply with Gaming Control Board requirements. Experience with rewards programs and customer signups is a plus.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and/or GED required.
Must have previous experience in handling cash.
Knowledge of Title 31 requirements while enforcing gaming policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and professional service while making change, cashing out E-tickets, and processing slot payouts.
Support our team by issuing banks to employees and departments.
Accurately complete key transactions in accordance with Gaming regulations.
Sign up and assist Rewards Members by explaining benefits, promotions, and perks.
Keep cool under pressure and maintain composure in a busy environment.
Take on additional tasks as needed to support the Cage and our guests.
