You’ll welcome guests, handle cash and transactions, stay informed about promotions, and maintain adherence to Line of Sight standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and maintain accuracy.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to obtain gaming registrations and work cards.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner and ensure they feel valued.
• Respond to guest questions, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Remain knowledgeable about promotions and loyalty rewards and communicate them to guests.
• Count and reconcile cash drawers, banks, and safes per procedures.
• Operate gaming management systems (GMS/Konami) and monitor machines for issues.
• Ensure compliance with Line of Sight standards and regulatory requirements.
