Buffalo Lodging Associates is hiring a Full-Time Guest Service Representative for the Courtyard by Marriott Providence Lincoln. The Front Desk Agent will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, and handle reservations with a focus on superior service.

Shifts are overnight and include Friday–Saturday 11PM–7AM and Wednesday–Thursday 3PM–11PM. The role includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or better.
• Hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete check-in/check-out in the property management system.
• Handle cash, credit card information and guest payments.
• Identify guest needs and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Take reservations from callers and input/update in the system.
