Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant for Courtyard by Marriott Providence Lincoln, located in Lincoln, RI. You will join a dedicated hotel team and help maintain a clean, comfortable guest environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and suites, changing linens, reporting maintenance issues, and delivering excellent guest service. The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs; weekends and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or willingness to train.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. and push/pull a cart up to 100 lbs.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Room Attendant to join our Team!

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role:

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
