Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott Providence Lincoln. The role focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites and delivering excellent guest service.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, reporting issues, and accommodating guest requests. Availability for shifts that include weekends and holidays is required, with emphasis on safety and teamwork within a hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel experience or willingness to be trained.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work alone or as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and be on feet for long hours.
• Capable of pushing a cart weighing up to 100 lbs and lifting up to 25 lbs.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Room Attendant to join our Team!

A Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our guest rooms and suites.

Role

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service. This includes cleaning floors, vacuuming, changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
