Courtyard by Marriott- Providence Lincoln is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant to join our team. You will maintain the cleanliness of guest rooms and suites, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms, at 636 George Washington Hwy, Lincoln, RI 02865.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, reporting maintenance issues, and providing prompt guest service. This role may require weekends and holidays. Previous hotel experience is preferred, with training available as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work on feet for extended periods.
• Lift, carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor ensuring quality of cleanliness and customer service.
• Reporting discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Working typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
