Job summary

Bergstrom Lexus of Madison is seeking a Service Assistant to warmly greet guests, support the service team with paperwork and communication, and assist guests with transportation options and inquiries. You will help ensure used cars meet brand standards and support the overall guest experience in a fast-paced dealership environment.

The role offers hourly pay with a monthly performance bonus, and is part of a comprehensive benefits program for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Friendly, positive, guest-focused attitude.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests: Welcome every guest with a friendly smile and assist with check-in for service appointments.
• Support the Service Team: Aid service advisors and technicians by organizing paperwork, updating records, and ensuring smooth communication with technicians and guests.
• Assist with Guest Needs: Provide transportation options by shuttling guests home or to work, run guest cars and loaner cars through the car wash, answer guest inquiries, and ensure every guest feels valued and informed.
• Complete Service Orders for Used Cars: Work closely with the sales and service teams to ensure used cars are serviced up to brand standards.
