Job summary

Lexus of Roseville is seeking a Service Greeter to welcome customers in the service lane and direct them to the right team members. This full-time role supports dealership operations with a friendly, professional attitude in a busy automotive service environment.

You’ll help maintain an organized flow, communicate arrivals to Service Advisors, and assist customers throughout their visit. Pay is $18.00 per hour, with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or automotive dealership experience.
• Comfort assisting customers and answering questions.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they arrive in the service lane and help direct them to the appropriate team member.
• Help maintain an organized flow of vehicles through the service lane.
• Communicate customer arrivals to Service Advisors and other service team members.
• Help customers navigate the dealership and answer general questions.
• Help move or stage customer vehicles.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service lane.
• Provide additional support to the service department.
