Job summary

European Wax Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests, promote services and products, and help drive center revenue in a sales-driven environment. This in-person role requires helping with reservations, check-ins, and cash handling while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The role emphasizes strong sales and guest service, excellent communication, and a proactive, target-driven mindset.

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Job Location: 245 E Bell Road, Phoenix, AZ - Phoenix, AZ 85022

Salary Range: $15.15 - $16.75 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities
