European Wax Center in Phoenix is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. The role involves greeting guests, promoting services, educating on products, and handling front desk operations in person at 4325 E Indian School Rd.

Availability for evenings and weekends is required. In addition to hourly pay, the role offers sales bonuses and perks such as daily pay, health coverage, and performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Retail or beauty industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to greet guests and handle sales conversations confidently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across diverse guests.
• Ability to meet sales targets and contribute to center revenue.

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving center revenue. Location: 4325 E Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ 85018. Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time (Hourly + Sales Bonuses); Work Location: In person.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or the beauty industry is a plus
