Job summary

NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC is seeking a friendly front desk associate at our Phoenix location. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/check-outs, scheduling, and cash handling while promoting waxing services and upselling products to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have strong sales and guest service skills, clear communication, and a team‑oriented attitude. Evening/weekend availability is required, with opportunities for training, benefits, and career growth within a fast‑growing brand.

Salary Range: $15.15 - $16.75 Hourly
Hourly + Sales Bonuses
Work Location: In person
Full-Time & Part-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and re‑book guests to meet sale goals
