European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate to deliver exceptional guest service and drive center revenue. This in-person role involves greeting guests, promoting services and products, and driving sales while maintaining a polished front desk and center appearance.

Ideal candidates will have strong sales, excellent communication, and a passion for hitting targets, with availability for evenings and weekends in Schaumburg, IL.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 Hourly Full-Time & Part-Time Hourly + Sales Bonuses

European Wax Center is hiring a Guest Service Associate (also known as Front Desk Associate or Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service while driving overall center revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high-energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/ promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals.
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line.
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check ins, check outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance.
