NORTH AMERICAN WAX COMPANY LLC is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team in Rialto, CA. Available in both Full-Time and Part-Time positions, you will create a welcoming environment, promote services, educate guests on our products, and manage front desk operations. Strong sales skills and excellent communication are essential.

Salary Range: $16.90 - $18.50 Hourly

Position: Full-Time & Part-Time

Hourly + Sales Bonuses

Work Location: In person

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create a welcoming, high‑energy environment
• Promote additional services, new products/promotions, sell wax passes and rebook guests to meet sale goals
• Educate guests on our exclusive product line
• Manage front desk operations, including, but not limited to, check‑ins, check‑outs, reservation scheduling, confirmation calls, cash handling, and inventory control
• Maintain a clean, professional, and organized center appearance
