Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store operations. You will greet guests, process transactions at the POS, handle inventory, and ensure cleanliness and safety across the store environment.

This role requires flexibility for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Training and onboarding support are provided.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused guest service experience.
• Ability to operate the point of sale system per corporate standards.
• Willingness to learn and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash/lottery/tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external/internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
