Job summary

Global Partners LP in Massachusetts is seeking a Guest Service Associate to greet guests and ensure a top-notch shopping experience while performing store tasks. The role involves operating the POS, maintaining cash controls, stocking shelves, and upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The position supports store operations with vendor check-ins, merchandising projects, and timely task completion. Minimum flexibility to work various shifts is required; minors must use OSHA-approved knives

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies.
• Operate the POS system; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping functions.
• Replenish products and supplies to keep in stock.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Assist with gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
• Minors may only use OSHA approved knives.
