Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences and support store-level operations. You will greet guests, operate the POS, replenish stock, and assist with housekeeping and vendor coordination.

The role requires flexible hours, physical stamina, and reliable transportation. You will work with management to ensure accuracy and compliance, contributing to a safe, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outdoors, cooler, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to freely access all store areas (selling floor, stock, register).
• Count, read and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store operations policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; manage cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping duties (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects as assigned.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
