Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to drive top-notch guest experience and support store operations. You will greet guests, assist with inquiries, and ensure smooth checkout while following safety and quality policies.

The role requires flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, with opportunities to contribute to merchandising and vendor coordination. Join a Fortune 500 company empowering communities in Vermont and beyond.

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer-facing roles preferred.
Ability to operate basic computer functions and use POS systems.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone.
Adhere to established safety, security, quality and store operations policies.
Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
Complete all store housekeeping functions (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
Replenish products and supplies ensuring in-stock conditions at all times.
Communicate guest requests and vendor-related concerns to store management.
Check in external and internal vendors per guidelines.
Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management.
Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
Minors may ONLY use OSHA approved knives.
