Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.

• Accurate cash handling and change counting.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide courteous, efficient service.
• Take and fill orders within service time guidelines.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Handle cash, collect payment, and give correct change.
• Resolve customer issues and notify the manager as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and rotate products; keep display stock neat.
