Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Suggest upsells as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to guests.
• Address and report customer service issues to management.
• Verify opening/closing cash and count drawer for accuracy.
• Notify manager of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Maintain product holding times and display rotation.
• Keep service area clean and stocked with supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
