Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and provide courteous service.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time guidelines.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect payments and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer issues and escalate to manager as needed.
• Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate counts at shift end.
• Notify Manager in Charge of any issues with items or equipment.
• Keep display case clean, rotated, and well-presented.
• Stock service area with napkins, cups, lids, and beverages.
