Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and HR procedures.
• Ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Take and fill customer orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collect money and deliver orders to customers.
• Address customer problems or complaints and notify management as needed.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer and count back change.
• Report any deletions, overrings, or equipment problems to the Manager in Charge.
• Ensure proper product holding times and display rotation.
• Keep display case clean and well-stocked with napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
