• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional interaction with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to receive money and accurately count back change.
• Practices adequate security measures in cash handling and cash drops.
• Basic computer skills.
• Punctual with scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and friendly attitude.
• Takes and fills the customer’s order within company mandated service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers the order.
• Addresses customer service issues and notifies manager as needed.
• Verifies opening reading and bank; counts cash and reconciles drawer.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Rotates products and maintains display; keeps case clean.
• Stocks service area with napkins, cups, lids, etc.; maintains iced tea.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
