Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; at least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies, practices and HR procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to receive money and count back change accurately.
• Cash handling with security and regular cash drops.
• Basic computer skills.
• Punctuality and reliable shift attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a sincere smile and welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within company service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers order to customer.
• Notifies manager of customer service issues when needed.
• Counts cash drawer at end of shift to ensure accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions or equipment problems.
• Ensures product holding times are observed.
• Maintains clean display case and properly rotates products.
• Keeps service area stocked with napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
