Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a smile and a welcoming attitude.
• Takes and fills orders within service time standards.
• Suggests up-selling as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer issues promptly and notifies the manager as needed.
• Verifies cash drawer and counts back change at shift end.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of deletions, over-rings, or equipment problems.
• Maintains proper product holding times and attractive displays.
• Keeps service area clean and stocked with supplies.
