Job summary

Church's Chicken seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead service excellence and cash handling within our Field Operations team. The role emphasizes courteous guest interaction, timely order fulfillment, and proper cash management.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing orders, upselling appropriately, resolving issues, and maintaining clean, well-stocked counters and displays. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 6 months of related experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and procedures.
• Strong cash handling and math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers with a welcoming, positive attitude.
• Takes and fills customer orders within service time.
• Suggestive upsell of products as directed by management.
• Collects money and delivers orders to customers.
• Addresses customer service problems promptly and notifies management.
• Verifies opening readings, counts cash drawers, and ensures accuracy.
• Notifies Manager in Charge of any issues or equipment problems.
• Rotates products and keeps display attractive and clean.
• Stocks napkins, cups, lids, and iced tea supplies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
