Qualifications

• Front desk experience in a hotel, minimum 1 year.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with personal recognition and warmth.
• Review arrival lists and prepare welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and assist with check-in.
• Answer phones promptly with a smile and provide information.
• Maintain front desk cash handling procedures and report discrepancies.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation and guest services as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data with care and privacy.
• Address guest needs and inquiries promptly.
