Job summary

Courtyard Cypress in Cypress, CA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative to assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and daily front desk service, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming guest experience. You will greet guests, handle payments, coordinate with housekeeping and other departments, and provide local information.

Flexible shifts including holidays and weekends are required; prior hotel experience is helpful but not required, with on-the-job training
