Job summary

Larkspur Landing Renton is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests, check them in, and assist with requests at the front desk using our PMS system.

You will handle payments, reservations, and balance accounts, respond to guest needs promptly, and help maintain brand standards and safety policies. This role offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for growth within front office leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately and offer to assist with their needs.
• Register and assign guests to hotel rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change for guests.
• Make and confirm reservations and handle payments.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
