Job summary

Larkspur Landing Hillsboro is hiring a Room Attendant to clean and prepare guest rooms to established standards. You will greet guests warmly, ensure timely room cleaning, replace linens and amenities, and maintain a neat, safe environment following MSDS and OSHA guidelines.

Typical duties include reporting maintenance needs, handling lost-and-found items appropriately, and assisting during peak times. Strong English communication and prior housekeeping experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and other amenities.
• Clean and polish furniture and fixtures; dust furniture, walls or equipment.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety practices and use protective equipment; follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform house person and lobby attendant duties when short staffed or during peak periods.
• Aim to increase department and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
