Larkspur Landing Hillsboro is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and assist guests with friendly, efficient service in line with brand and sustainability standards.

You will handle reservations, process payments, balance cashier duties, and respond to guest requests while maintaining safety standards and supporting breakfast service when needed. This role offers varied shifts and growth toward front office leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Process payments and make changes.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Handle guest requests in a timely manner.
• Resolve guest complaints, escalating if needed.
• Balance accounts and perform audits.
• Maintain safety and OSHA compliance.
