Job summary

Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel in Rochester, WA is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information about services. You will answer calls, route inquiries, handle reservations, and support the hotel operations team while upholding Soaring Service Standards.

Strong communication, basic Microsoft Office, and a willingness to work weekends and holidays are required; a WA gaming license must be obtained.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or GED is required for this position.
• Minimum six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Must be available any shift, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to obtain and retain a Washington State Class III Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly, professional service and assist with check-in/out.
• Register guests and assign rooms, explain facilities and amenities.
• Answer phones, route calls, and handle front desk inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and manage group bookings.
• Promote casino promotions, rewards, and services to guests.
• Assist with guest needs and participate in service recovery as needed.
