Larkspur Landing Renton seeks a General Manager to direct operations at our all-suite property. You will oversee the daily execution and long-term financial strategy within a high-volume extended-stay market, with direct management of the hotel team.

We need a leader focused on operational efficiency and capital preservation. Your work will directly influence the property profitability and market position within the South Puget Sound region.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field.
• Previous hotel management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and mentor a diverse team, cultivating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Set clear expectations and provide the guidance necessary to achieve exceptional performance.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure highest level of guest satisfaction with service standards and swift issue resolution.
• Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals.
• Maintain seamless operation across front office, housekeeping, and maintenance with best practices for quality and safety.
