Job Description

Provide exceptional service to guests on the Omni Premier Floors during Breakfast and Happy Hours. Responsibilities include setting up, serving, maintaining cleanliness of the Omni Club Lounge, and assisting Loyalty Ambassadors and Guest Experience Planners as needed.

Responsibilities
  1. Engage with guests to inquire about their satisfaction and address any issues.
  2. Be knowledgeable about hotel services and hours to assist guests effectively.
  3. Set up and break down the Premier Lounge, keeping it immaculate.
  4. Manage inventory, ensuring proper storage and rotation of items.
  5. Polish china and silverware after use.
  6. Familiarize yourself with local points of interest.
  7. Assist with reservations and special requests such as flowers, packages, or transportation.
  8. Deliver parcels, mail, and special deliveries to guest rooms.
  9. Maintain cleanliness of the lounge in partnership with Housekeeping.
  10. Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
  11. Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
  12. Proactively seek ways to improve the guest experience.
  13. Handle special requests and update reservations and service requests in operating systems like ALICE, Synergy, and OPMS.
  14. Communicate with guests about special occasions and packages.
  15. Assist guests in navigating the hotel.
  16. Support the guest loyalty program as needed.
  17. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions
  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Valid TABC and Food Handler’s certifications
