Job summary

TWELVE Downtown, Autograph Collection by Marriott in Atlanta, GA is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to join our Front Desk team. You will be one of the first people our guests meet and help create a welcoming experience through attentive service and smooth check-ins.

Responsibilities include checking in/out guests, managing reservations and payments, answering questions, assisting Marriott Bonvoy members, and coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Marriott experience and familiarity with hotel property management systems are a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional approach.
• Ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and remain calm during busy periods.
• Attention to detail when processing payments and maintaining guest records.
• Dependability and flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
