Job summary

The Harbors is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly greet guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes. You will handle inquiries, reservations, and front desk duties while delivering friendly, proactive service.

Responsibilities include assisting guests with requests, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance, and upholding our welcoming standards. A strong hospitality mindset and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or customer service training preferred.
• Proven experience in guest services, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the property management system.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
• Uphold company policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
