Qualifications

• Greeting guests and handling inquiries with courtesy.
• Registering guests and assigning rooms in the PMS.
• Handling payments, billing and reservation confirmations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and assist with needs.
• Register and check in guests into rooms.
• Assist in breakfast area during peak periods or staff shortages.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Ensure guest safety and security procedures are followed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
