Job summary

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Downtown/Convention Center is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and memorable departures. The role centers on creating a welcoming guest experience and accurate front-desk operations in a busy Houston hotel.

You will handle reservations, guest requests, check-ins/outs, and collaborate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hotel experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and assist with check-ins/outs.
• Respond to guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accuracy in guest records and billing details.
