Job summary

Drury Hotels is hiring for a front desk role at the Fairview Heights location. You will greet guests, check them in and out, promote hotel programs, manage guest records and cash handling, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.

You’ll also assist with breakfast and Kickback service, participate in maintaining a high level of hospitality, and contribute to a welcoming hotel atmosphere with a +1 Service attitude.

Qualifications

• Friendly, professional guest interaction is required.
• Strong attention to detail in handling transactions and records.
• Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities during shifts.
• Solid English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Handle front desk check-in/check-out, promote programs, maintain records, manage cash, and resolve guest issues.
• Support breakfast and Kickback service, including food prep, setup, service, and cleanup as needed.
• Uphold high standards of integrity, service, and hospitality to promote the Drury culture.
