Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Guest Service Representative for our Nashville property. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and provide outstanding service to ensure memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have front desk experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle cash and guest requests with professionalism. This is a full-time, on-site role offering competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with personal recognition.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings with a smile and route inquiries.
• Responsible for cash handling; balance bank and report over/shorts.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Protect guest PII data and follow procedures.
• Follow check-in/check-out checklist and verify IDs and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
