The role focuses on greeting guests, handling check-in procedures, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining front desk operations. Responsibilities include managing phone inquiries, assisting with lobby activation, ensuring data privacy, and upholding cash handling practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication expected.
• Able to exceed guest expectations and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with personal recognition.
• Assist in preparing welcome amenities and escort VIPs to rooms.
• Answer phone within three rings and route inquiries appropriately.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and report cash variances.
• Keep front desk area organized and assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PII data with proper procedures.
• Request identification and payment methods during check-in/check-out.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
